In order to ensure product quality and meet customer delivery needs, the company has always attached great importance to the supply and guarantee of sapphire raw materials.

In 2008, based on the actual needs of the customer market, as well as its own processing capacity and scale, the company created a vertical sapphire industry supply chain and introduced the flame melting sapphire material growth process, achieving a closed-loop system in terms of quality and supply chain.

This sapphire material has better quality, larger volume, and lower cost. It is currently the most advanced and high-quality sapphire material on the market.

A brief introduction to the current bubble growth method of sapphire materials in SUN YIN Crystal Co.,Ltd.  :

1. The production base of sapphire by bubble method is located in the factory area of Jingyuan Optics (Heyuan) Co., Ltd. in Butterfly Ridge Industrial Park, Dongyuan County, Heyuan City, Guangdong Province. CHING YUENCRYSTAL(HeYuan)CO LTD is a wholly-owned subsidiary of sunyin crystal.

2. This process adopts a 120kg level bubble growth method for sapphire growth using tungsten molybdenum thermal field.

3. The company has complete independent production and manufacturing capabilities for sapphire equipment, with an independent technical research and development team, mature production workshops, and skilled technical personnel.

4. In terms of quality, we have continuously explored technology and improved research and development in recent years, increasing the quality qualification rate of sapphire raw materials to over 95%, providing a good quality foundation for the company's backend production and processing.

5. In terms of cost, electricity consumption is the largest cost of sapphire materials. By controlling the reasonable crystal growth rate, we reduce the consumption of electricity in production, and fully utilize the precise matching of local off peak electricity policies and production processes, effectively reducing the unit cost of electricity consumption and achieving effective reduction in the manufacturing cost of sapphire raw materials.

6. By 2025, through self investment and construction of photovoltaic power generation facilities and equipment in the factory area, an annual photovoltaic power generation of approximately 2 million kWh has been achieved, all of which will be used in the company's sapphire raw material crystal manufacturing process.

According to the national average coal consumption for thermal power generation, photovoltaic power generation of 2 million kWh is approximately equivalent to reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 10400 tons.
